Offsite Dirt Construction Series Meets Fading West, Charlie Chupp.Charlie's key objective is to find affordable and attainable housing when he started in offsite construction. They first started working with factories in Nebraska and then dove into the modular, prefabricated housing development.They then started their own factory which will be starting this year. This factory will help with efficiency and decreasing travel time.About half of the factory production will be used for their own custom building and the other for clients.
