Anthony Kountouris explains that in 2014 they started their company and started using the offsite prefabrication business. They started with shipping containers and bootstrapped the company. By 2018 they started with wood modular and working with major hotel chains and other developments. They currently have 2 factories. One is in container and the second in Greenville, NC is a wood modular factory. They use 3D drawrings with REVID and design all types of projects.
