The Modular Construction community hailed this as the event of the year, with Kent Anderson from Wesco joining Offsite Dirt founder Audree Grubesic at the World of Modular event held in Orlando, Florida. The event boasted over 250 exhibitors, 80 speakers, a golf tournament, and a VIP Reception with an Awards Banquet featuring over 300 project submissions.
Kent Anderson highlighted Anirban Basu, CEO of Sage Policy Group, who shared insights into the construction marketplace forecast since joining MBI as its chief economist in 2022. The conference concluded with a keynote by Kevin Brown, author of "The Hero Effect," whose inspiring story moved the audience to tears as he emphasized unlocking the heroic potential within each individual.
The event also featured additional education and speakers covering various topics such as company culture by Autovol, with insights from Rick Murdock, CEO, and Merrick Macomber, CEO of Modular Maven. Simon Gledhill, CEO of Dodd Modular Limited, provided expertise on Modular Factory Equipment Options along with many others.
