He is passionate about better building details and the education of future builders. the Co-creator of " International Flashing Awareness Day" a holiday designed to educate people about the importance of flashing details. His other passion is #apprenticeshipisanobligation. Aaron says, "I believe we have a obligation to mentor and foster growth in anyone wishing to learn. Passing information and skill on is our legacy."
