On this edition of High Performance Build on Offsite Dirt, Mark Wille, Joe Konopacki and Shaun St-Amour visit Sy Safi at the Konabatch Passive House project located outside Houston. Sy discussed his recent air sealing details. With the addition of using Aerobarrier, they ensured the team got a blower door score below the requirements of Phius' air tightness requirements. The project was on display at Phiuscon '23 and guests who were on the site tours got to visit this very impressive site.Â
